Small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are realizing the benefits of using QuickBooks and Salesforce, and one firm allows businesses to seamlessly integrate both software applications so they can serve customers, manage their revenue and provide critical information to their sales and finance teams. 

Breadwinner assists SMBs with a quick installation and a configuration process of QuickBooks and Salesforce and the entire process can be completed in less than one day. 

Due to their size, SMBs usually have limited resources and budgets that can be a challenge in quickly integrating Salesforce and QuickBooks. Invoices viewed in Salesforce, the company says, can help improve communication between company departments and can also save time. Sales and support departments can view a client's latest financial records in Salesforce including any overdue invoices, and payment collections and reduced overdue invoices can be improved.

According to a recent report from Get Paid and Amalto, 39% of businesses have experienced delays in their invoicing process, and it can help companies with this problem. Those using the integrated program can make changes to invoices, including updating line items and billing addresses. Companies that can generate invoices within Salesforce and see that instantly in QuickBooks have several benefits. Sales and finance teams can complete their sales cycles quickly and get invoices paid on time.

SMBs' sales cycles can be slowed if delays in invoices occur, but Breadwinner says it can eliminate these delays.

Breadwinner offers SMBs invoice status tracking so invoices are available to a company's entire team and invoices which are overdue, meaning those that have been paid can be tracked. It is also for easier payment collections.

Data accuracy for all companies, including SMBs is critical, and Breadwinner says its integration of QuickBooks and Salesforce offers companies this accuracy. Some companies who use manual processes find data is often compromised. Those who integrate the two programs with Breadwinner can expect any discrepancies in information to be corrected, such as shipping an billing addresses.
