Ed Cox, Chair of the New York Republican Party, has issued a statement addressing recent remarks by Blake Gendebien. According to Cox, Gendebien acknowledged voting for Kamala Harris and Kathy Hochul but did not express support for Hakeem Jeffries as Speaker.

Cox criticized Gendebien's political choices, stating, "Blake Gendebien is completely out of touch with hardworking North Country families." He attributed the current border crisis and New York's cost-of-living issues to Harris and Hochul, describing them as "failed leaders."

The statement also touched on the behavior of Democrats during President Trump's Joint Congressional Address. Cox commented on their conduct and noted that Gendebien has not clarified his stance on supporting Jeffries for Speaker.

"This is just another Far Left Democrat trying to lie to convince North Country voters otherwise," Cox stated. He expressed confidence in North Country voters' ability to elect a Republican representative who would support President Trump's agenda.
