Two counties in Troop C border Pennsylvania (Broome County and Tioga County) and it's always important to keep a close relationship with our bordering Law Enforcement Agencies! Last week New York State Police Members, Pennsylvania State Police, Athens Borough, Sayre Borough, Towanda and Athens Township participated in a Border-to-Border enforcement detail during the Buckle Up New York/Click It or Ticket safety restraint campaign.
