On January 29, 2025, Rep. Nadler expressed concern over former President Donald Trump's actions regarding infrastructure funding. He stated: "Today, I joined @TransportDems in writing to @USDOT to express concern over Donald Trump’s actions halting a significant amount of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding to the states. This critical funding supports hundreds of thousands of American jobs."
The following day, on January 30, 2025, he extended greetings for a cultural celebration by saying: "Happy Lunar New Year! Wishing all who celebrate this Year of the Snake a year of joy, peace, and prosperity."
Later that same day, Rep. Nadler addressed an incident near DCA with empathy towards those affected.
