Williamson (Wayne County) home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Williamson in Wayne County fell by $20,280 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 18.8% decrease over the $107,780 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Williamson in the first quarter of 2016.
