On December 9, 2024, Rep. Nadler expressed his approval of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's actions. He stated, "I applaud the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for their work returning $1.8 billion in illegal junk fees to 4.3 million Americans harmed by credit repair companies." He emphasized the agency's dedication to ensuring fair treatment for Americans by financial institutions.

The following day, December 10, 2024, he addressed the challenges faced by small businesses in New York City post-pandemic. Nadler wrote, "NYC’s small businesses are still hurting from the pandemic." He urged the IRS to expedite the processing of 1.4 million Employee Retention Credit claims to deliver promised funds to struggling businesses.

Later on December 10, Rep. Nadler announced significant progress in environmental infrastructure projects for Manhattan and surrounding areas. He noted his success in securing funding and legislative support with a statement: "I am proud to have secured the authorization of $60 million in environmental infrastructure improvements for Manhattan and language ensuring a comprehensive flood protection plan for the New York-New Jersey Harbor in the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA) of 2024."
