Holland (Erie County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Holland in Erie County rose by $598 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,098 - a 0.4% increase over the $169,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Holland in the first quarter of 2016.
