Aurora home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Aurora rose by $64,150 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $256,750 - a 33.3% increase over the $192,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Aurora in the third quarter of 2016.
