Peekskill home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Peekskill fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 156%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 64 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 5.2% decrease over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Peekskill in the first quarter of 2016.
