Town Line home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Town Line fell by $10,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,500 - a 4.8% decrease over the $207,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Town Line in May 2016, as well.
