Aurora home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Aurora rose by $85,000 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 56.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Aurora in November 2016.
