Village of the Branch home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Village of the Branch fell by $34,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,000 - a 7% decrease over the $486,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Village of the Branch in April 2016, as well.
