The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Westhampton Beach rose by $1,250,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,500,000 - a 100% increase over the $1,250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Westhampton Beach in July 2016.
