Mount Sinai home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Mount Sinai fell by $82,000 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $343,000 - a 19.3% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Mount Sinai in July 2016.
