Montauk home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Montauk rose by $216,250 while total sales increased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $831,250 - a 35.2% increase over the $615,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Montauk in August 2016.
