Montauk home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Montauk rose by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,150,000 - a 5% increase over the $1,095,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Montauk in October 2016.
