Brooklyn home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Brooklyn rose by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 735 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $610,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 851 homes sold in Brooklyn in March 2016.
