Brooklyn home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Brooklyn rose by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 639 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 11.6% increase over the $605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 687 homes sold in Brooklyn in October 2016.
