Chinatown home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Chinatown rose by $2,002,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $4,010,000 - a 99.7% increase over the $2,008,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Chinatown in March 2016.
