Flatiron home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Flatiron rose by $525,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,775,000 - a 23.3% increase over the $2,250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Flatiron in April 2016.
