Lincoln Square home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Lincoln Square rose by $892,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,537,500 - a 54.3% increase over the $1,645,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lincoln Square in May 2016.
