Midtown home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Midtown rose by $446,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,271,000 - a 54.1% increase over the $825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Midtown in May 2016, as well.
