East Harlem home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in East Harlem fell by $312,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 40.7% decrease over the $767,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in East Harlem in May 2016.
