East Village home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in East Village fell by $305,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,220,000 - a 20% decrease over the $1,525,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East Village in August 2016.
