SoHo home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in SoHo fell by $1,650,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,797,500 - a 37.1% decrease over the $4,447,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in SoHo in November 2016.
