West Village home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in West Village fell by $286,600 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,580,000 - a 15.4% decrease over the $1,866,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Village in November 2016, as well.
