The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Upper East Side fell by $637,482 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $967,519 - a 39.7% decrease over the $1,605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Upper East Side in November 2016.
