Central Harlem home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Central Harlem fell by $967,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 56.3% decrease over the $1,717,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Central Harlem in November 2016.
