On March 23, 2025, Rep. Nadler expressed concerns regarding the future of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). He stated that "Fifteen years ago, the Affordable Care Act began transforming lives by making healthcare more affordable and accessible." However, he warned that this progress is at risk if Republicans do not extend the ACA’s expanded tax credits this year, potentially affecting millions of Americans.

The following day, on March 24, 2025, Rep. Nadler voiced his opposition to Mike Huckabee's nomination as US Ambassador to Israel. He tweeted that "Simply put, a vote for Mike Huckabee to serve as US Ambassador to Israel is a vote to empower a Christian nationalist vision for American foreign policy." He urged the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to reject Huckabee's nomination.
