State Police are attempting to locate the individual below in connection with a vehicle theft. On May 9, 2022, at about 9:50 p.m., State Police received a report of a vehicle stolen from the underground parking garage at the Empire State Plaza. On May 10th at about 3:34 a.m., the stolen vehicle was involved in a crash at the intersection of Lark Street and Madison Avenue in the city of Albany. The operator of the stolen vehicle, which was totaled in the crash, fled the scene. The theft remains under investigation.
