On Aug. 10, Tommie L Pegues and Donald A. Capoccia purchased a home at 78 Moseman Ave., Somers from Richard J. Proctor & Elizabeth E. Proctor (revocable trust), RJ Proctor & Ee Proctor Family (irrevocable trust) and Dennis J. and Stephen O. Proctor for $525,000.

So far in August 2020, 15 properties sold in Somers.
