Ogden Center home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Ogden Center fell by $3,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $162,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $165,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Ogden Center in April 2016.
