Penfield home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Penfield fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 176.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $182,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Penfield in June 2016.
