The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Greenwich Village was unchanged while total sales decreased by 22.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,725,000. There were 62 homes sold in Greenwich Village in 2016, and the median sales price for the period was also $1,725,000.
