The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Queens rose by $25,500 while total sales increased by 3.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 2,664 homes sold, with a median sale price of $615,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $589,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,582 homes sold in Queens in the fourth quarter of 2016.
