Clinton/Hell's Kitchen home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen fell by $43,000 while total sales increased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $955,500 - a 4.3% decrease over the $998,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in the fourth quarter of 2016.
