Hamilton Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Hamilton Heights rose by $364,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,800,000 - a 25.4% increase over the $1,435,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hamilton Heights in the first quarter of 2017.
