Lincoln Square home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lincoln Square fell by $297,500 while total sales increased by 31.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,447,500 - a 17% decrease over the $1,745,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Lincoln Square in the first quarter of 2017.
