Murray Hill home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Murray Hill rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,275,000 - a 3% increase over the $1,237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Murray Hill in the first quarter of 2017.
