Clinton/Hell's Kitchen home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen fell by $40,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,112,500 - a 3.5% decrease over the $1,152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in the first quarter of 2017.
