East Village home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in East Village fell by $270,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 23.1% decrease over the $1,170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in East Village in the first quarter of 2017.
