Washington Heights home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Washington Heights rose by $68,770 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $874,500 - a 8.5% increase over the $805,730 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Washington Heights in the first quarter of 2017, as well.
