Clyde home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Clyde fell by $4,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,250 - a 15.8% decrease over the $30,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Clyde in April 2016.
