Huron home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Huron rose by $8,750 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.2% increase over the $141,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Huron in July 2016, as well.
