Marion (Wayne County) home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Marion in Wayne County rose by $35,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 38.9% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Marion in July 2016.
