Savannah (Wayne County) home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Savannah in Wayne County fell by $94,480 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,500 - a 90.9% decrease over the $103,980 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Savannah in July 2016, as well.
