The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Williamson in Wayne County rose by $15,050 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,750 - a 13.4% increase over the $112,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Williamson in November 2016.
