Lancaster home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Lancaster rose by $4,900 while total sales remained unchanged with 35 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,900 - a 3.4% increase over the $145,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Lancaster in April 2016, as well.
