Wales home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Wales fell by $57,878 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $116,000 - a 33.3% decrease over the $173,878 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Wales in April 2016, as well.
