Akron home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Akron fell by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,000 - a 45% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Akron in April 2016.
